Acknowledge and undertake the following:

I have read all publicly available documents (the “Documents”) related to the settlement of the value (the “Transaction”) of shares (the “Shares”) from the public offering or capital increase of the company, including but not limited to the prospectus (the “Prospectus”) and the company’s articles of association.

All necessary information related to the company and the transaction has been made available to me in order to make a full and independent decision regarding proceeding with the transaction. Where necessary, I have consulted with an investment advisor licensed by the Capital Markets Authority.

I have the authority and have obtained all necessary approvals to contract on behalf of other parties whose information and data I have entered in this transaction, to settle, on their behalf, the value of the shares allocated to them.

I will only own the number of shares that I am entitled to receive as stated in the prospectus. Accordingly, settling the value of shares on behalf of other parties does not grant me any ownership rights in those shares, as those parties are the sole owners of such shares.
